About

Custom clothing, without having to ask for the price

Texelio is a Belgian workshop for textile customisation. We mark your clothing with embroidery and DTF transfer: T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, softshells, jackets, workwear, caps and bags. 2,607 pieces from 24 brands can be configured directly on the site, colours and size range included.

The craft itself is nothing exceptional: plenty of people embroider and print on textiles, and do it well. What made us set up Texelio is something else — the way this trade is sold. Ask for a quote for thirty embroidered polo shirts: you will rarely get a price the same day, almost never a price list, and you will only see how the marking looks on delivery.

We built the opposite. Prices are published and the configurator calculates them live, marking included. The proof is mandatory: once the order is paid, we send you the simulation, and nothing goes into production until you have approved the artwork, its size and its position. And when another technique would cost less for an equivalent result, we say so.

Who we work for

Four kinds of customer, four ways of working. What they share: nobody orders custom clothing for its own sake — it always serves something else.

Businesses

Reception uniforms, embroidered polo shirts for a sales team, softshells for technicians on site, event clothing for a trade fair. What matters is consistency: the same piece, the same colour and the same logo, today and in two years when you hire. Your artwork files are kept in your customer account — a reorder takes two clicks, identical to the first.

Sports clubs

Shirts, tracksuits, bags, coach jackets. The constraints are particular: a tight budget, squads that change every season, children's and adult sizes in the same order, and often personalised names and numbers — a different name and number on each piece, which we do in DTF at no extra charge.

Non-profits, schools and public bodies

School trips, volunteer teams, open days. Here price matters more than premium fabric, and the date is fixed: a T-shirt delivered after the party is no use. We tell you straight away whether the deadline is achievable, and we suggest the cheapest equivalent that survives the wash.

How an order works

1. You configureChoose the piece, the colour, the size range and the marking positions. The price updates as you go, marking and file fees included.
2. You pay for the orderBy Bancontact or bank card when you place the order, or by bank transfer if you would rather discuss it first. Payment is what starts the workshop's work.
3. We prepare the simulation, you approve itWe adapt your file to the chosen marking and send you the proof: artwork, dimensions, exact position on the garment. Nothing goes into production without your approval.
4. We produce and deliverBetween 2 and 7 working days. You receive the tracking number by e-mail, and a detailed delivery note comes with the parcel.

Why only two techniques

Because they cover most needs, and mastering them properly is better than offering five halfway.

EMB

Embroidery

The thread is stitched into the fabric: the marking doesn't peel, doesn't crack and outlasts the garment. It's the choice for company logos, polo shirts and caps. It handles gradients and very fine detail poorly, and needs the file to be digitised — paid once, reused afterwards.

DTF

DTF transfer

The artwork is printed in full colour and then heat-pressed. No limit on colours, no setup fee, worthwhile from a single piece. That's what makes photos, gradients, large back prints and personalised names and numbers possible — a different name and number on each shirt, at no extra cost.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum quantity?

None. A single piece is enough. The unit price drops in steps as the quantity rises, and the configurator shows the step you have reached before you order.

Which marking techniques do you offer?

Two, and only two: embroidery (€12.00 for a small size, €20.00 for a large one) and DTF transfer (€5.00 and €10.00). Embroidery lasts for years and has a smart finish; DTF handles multicolour artwork, photos and personalised names and numbers. We do no screen printing and no flock or flex lettering — better two techniques done well than five done approximately.

How big can my logo be?

Up to 10 × 10 cm for a heart, chest or sleeve marking, and up to 30 × 30 cm for a back. Beyond that, or for several designs on the same piece, it's possible but on quotation.

How long does an order take to produce?

Between 2 and 7 working days after you approve the proof, depending on quantity and technique. Tight deadlines should be mentioned in advance: we would rather turn down a date than miss it.

What if I don't have a usable file for my logo?

That's the most common case. We vectorise from €50.00, depending on how complex the drawing is. For embroidery, digitising is needed once only: €30.00 for a small size, €50.00 for a large one. The file remains yours for your later orders.

Will I see the result before production?

Yes, every time. Once the order is paid, we prepare the proof — a simulation of your artwork at the right size, in the right place — and nothing goes into production until you have approved it. It's a rule, not an option: a run of a hundred polo shirts with the logo in the wrong place can't be put right.

Do you deliver outside Belgium?

Yes — Belgium, Luxembourg and France. Delivery is to the address of your choice, with a detailed delivery note inside the parcel.

Who is behind Texelio

Texelio is the textile brand of SoWeeb, a Belgian business based in the Liège region, which also runs a print shop. Two separate trades, two workshops, one standard: state the price and the lead time before starting, and deliver what was shown.

A physical shop and a showroom are in preparation — the idea being that you can touch the fabrics and compare marking results side by side before launching a run. In the meantime, we come to you or send samples.
