Custom caps
The cap is the promotional item people keep. A pen gets lost, a tote bag ends up in a cupboard; a cap someone likes is worn for years, often far from the context in which it was received. That makes it a visibility medium with an unusual return.
It is also the garment where embroidery is the obvious answer. The front panel of a cap is rigid and structured: exactly the surface an embroidery machine handles best, and the only finish that will not peel off when the cap is crushed in a bag.

The eco-responsible version, when it makes sense
Nearly eighty of our caps and beanies are made of organic cotton or recycled material, often at the same price as the conventional equivalent — a washed organic cotton cap starts at €13.60 excl. VAT. If you give out a cap to carry a message, the material might as well not contradict it. And embroidery goes the same way: stitched thread, with no plastic film heat-pressed on, ageing with the garment instead of peeling away from it.
Five or six panels
A six-panel cap has a centre seam in the middle of the forehead. A wide logo that straddles it distorts slightly at that spot. The five-panel cap, with no centre seam, gives a continuous front surface — more comfortable for a horizontal design. A detail invisible on paper, very visible in the result.
Structure changes the result
A structured cap, with buckram at the front, keeps its shape and holds the embroidery taut. A soft, unstructured cap slumps: more relaxed to wear, but an embroidered logo looks less crisp on it. Choose according to the image you want to give.
Maximum size: 10 × 10 cm
That is the limit for the front position, and it is rarely reached. In practice a cap logo rarely exceeds 7 cm in width: beyond that it spills onto the side panels and loses legibility. Side or back embroidery is a good option for a second, discreet element.
Which marking suits this garment
Embroidery is the only technique we use on caps: the front panel is rigid, poorly suited to a heat press, and the embroidered result is clearly better.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer eco-friendly or ethical caps?
Yes: about eighty models in the catalogue are certified organic cotton or recycled material — washed caps, truckers, bucket hats, beanies, up to a merino wool beanie. Filter the catalogue on caps and beanies: the composition and certifications are on each product page.
Is there a minimum number of caps?
No. A single embroidered cap is possible. Digitising the logo, paid once, is the only fixed cost — it then applies to all your orders, caps or garments.
Can you embroider the back or the side?
Yes, these are two common positions, often used for a website or a short line of text. Each additional position is charged as a small-format marking.
Are the caps adjustable?
The vast majority are, in one adult size, with a metal clasp, Velcro or snapback. That is what makes caps easy to order: no size chart to collect before production starts.
