Order remotely, without travelling

Four steps, the same whether you are in Ans or in Arlon.

1. You send your logoAny format: PDF, PNG, JPG, or even a photo of an old garment. We tell you frankly whether the file is usable and what would need redoing — that answer costs nothing.
2. You see the price, you payThe price is calculated as you choose: garment, quantity, marking positions. Payment comes before workshop work — it is what lets us keep lead times short without charging for comparison mock-ups.
3. You approve the proofWe prepare the simulation of your marking on the chosen garment, real size and position. Nothing goes into production until you have approved it.
4. The order arrives at your door2 to 7 working days of production depending on quantity, then delivery. Free in the Liège area, where we deliver ourselves; by carrier elsewhere in Wallonia, costs announced before payment.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to travel to Liège to have my clothes customised?

No. Everything is handled remotely: sending the logo, online pricing, proof approved by e-mail, delivery to you. The workshop receives by appointment if you prefer to see and feel the materials before choosing.

Do you work everywhere in Wallonia?

Yes: the provinces of Liège, Namur, Hainaut, Luxembourg and Walloon Brabant, and by extension all of Belgium. Delivery is free in the Liège area, where we deliver ourselves; elsewhere, the order goes by carrier.

Which marking techniques do you offer?

Two, and only two: embroidery and DTF transfer. No screen printing or flocking. Embroidery for durability and the upmarket look, DTF for colour, complex designs and personalised names — a different first name and number on each piece.

Is there a minimum quantity?

No, one piece is enough. The marking price is the same whatever the quantity; it is the garment price that drops in steps, from 10 pieces.

Can I have my own textiles marked?

Yes, we accept customer-supplied textiles. One reservation, stated in advance: on a material we did not supply, we cannot guarantee how it reacts to the press or the needle, and we are not responsible for it. For a large run, send a test piece.

How long until an order is ready?

2 to 7 working days of production after you approve the proof, depending on quantity and number of positions. If you have a firm date, say so in the request: we reply straight away on whether it is feasible.
