A single garment, customised like the other hundred
A T-shirt for a new employee. An embroidered polo to replace the one that tore. A jacket with the logo of a one-person company. Anywhere else you will be told “from twenty-five pieces”; here, the minimum order is one piece, and the price is shown before you order.
The rule also applies to small runs — ten, twenty, thirty pieces: no penalty, no small-quantity surcharge. It is exactly the volume on which workshops that rely on screen printing refuse or overcharge.
2,607 items available from one piece · from €5.28 excl. VAT, marking included · production in 2 to 7 working days · workshop in Liège
Why almost nobody does it
It is not ill will: it is a question of technique.
Screen printing has fixed costs, and they are heavy
One screen per colour, prepared, exposed, aligned on the press, then cleaned. On a single T-shirt, this preparation costs more than the garment; on three hundred, it no longer shows. A screen-printing workshop therefore imposes a minimum — it has no choice.
Wholesalers sell by the carton
Many workshops buy their textiles in full packs and resell what they have in stock. We order piece by piece from our suppliers, which costs a little more to buy, but means we impose nothing on anyone — and can offer two thousand six hundred items without stocking a single one.
DTF transfer needs no setup
The artwork is printed on a film, powdered, pressed. No screen, no set-up specific to the run, no colour to mix. The first copy costs the same work as the fiftieth — which is the whole reason we can say yes to a single piece.

Frequently asked questions
Can you really order a single custom T-shirt?
Yes. The minimum order is one piece, marking included, with no small-quantity surcharge. That applies to the 2,607 items in the catalogue, and also to a garment you bring us.
Is it more expensive for a single piece?
The marking costs the same as in a run: €5.00 for a small-format DTF transfer. It is the garment that costs a little more — its price drops by tier from 10 pieces, by around 4% at the first tier. A single piece therefore pays no penalty; it simply does not benefit from the volume discount yet.
Why do other workshops impose a minimum?
Because their technique has fixed costs. Screen printing requires one screen per colour, prepared, exposed, cleaned: the first T-shirt carries tens of euros of preparation, the hundredth almost nothing. The workshop therefore spreads these costs over a minimum quantity. DTF transfer has no such preparation: the file goes to print as it is, for one piece or a hundred.
What about a single embroidered piece?
That is possible too. Embroidery requires converting the logo into a stitch file, from €30.00 to €50.00 depending on the format. You pay for it once: the next piece, six months later, no longer carries the cost. For a single piece, DTF transfer often works out cheaper — we will tell you.
How long does a single piece take?
The same lead time as a run: 2 to 7 working days after you approve your proof, depending on textile availability. A single piece does not jump the queue, but it does not wait for a run to build up either.
Do you do small runs — ten, twenty, thirty pieces?
That is the heart of our business. A small run suffers no penalty with us: the marking costs the same as in large quantities, and the garment simply follows its tiered discount from 10 pieces. It is precisely at these volumes that most workshops refuse or overcharge, because their technique imposes fixed costs on them.
Can I order a test piece before launching the run?
It is even what we advise for a large order. You see the fabric, the size and the finish of the marking for real; if everything suits, the run restarts from the same file, with no new set-up.
