Hi-vis is mandatory and often renewed every year. Marking goes on the neutral areas so the garment keeps its class, and the size range is wide: these are teams on the move, not average builds.

Frequent washing at high temperature: DTF transfer keeps up, provided it is applied correctly — that is where durability is decided. Tunics, polos, fleeces and bodywarmers, with the logo on the chest and, for larger teams, the first name added in DTF piece by piece.

Yes. DTF transfer copes very well with a domestic wash at 40 or 60 °C: it is what we apply on almost all workwear, and it is included free on the whole Tricorp range. Industrial laundries, with their high-temperature cycles and tunnel drying, are the one case that needs thought — tell us, and we adapt the application and the backing.

Yes, as long as the reflective and fluorescent areas are respected. EN ISO 20471 requires minimum areas of visible material: a marking that encroaches on them takes the garment out of its class. So we mark on the neutral areas — the chest panel, the back above the bands — and we refuse a placement that would downgrade the garment, even when it is requested.

Yes. The company logo is embroidered, and the first name or job title is added as a DTF transfer, different on every piece, at no extra charge — €5.00 for a small placement. It is the most common combination on team uniforms.

No. From a single piece. The garment price drops in tiers from 10 pieces (10–24), but nothing obliges you to group orders. Since the digitising of an embroidered logo is paid only once (€30.00 to €50.00), taking on a new employee in six months will only cost the garment and its marking.

The price is made up of the garment and the marking, both published. Count the price of the jacket or polo at the tier for your quantity, plus €12.00 for embroidery on the chest or €10.00 for a large DTF design on the back. The total shows while you configure the piece: no quote to wait for to know whether it fits your budget.

What is commonly called flock or flex lettering — a logo or a name pressed on with heat — we do as DTF transfer: same uses, every colour at the same price, a better finish, and no set-up fee. It is our main technique, and it is included free on the Tricorp range.

Yes. You bring us your pieces, we apply the marking and invoice only that. One reservation, stated upfront: on a fabric we did not supply, we cannot guarantee how it reacts to the heat press or the needle, and we are not liable for it. For a large run, send us a test piece.

Most workwear items go up to 4XL, some to 5XL. The available sizes are shown on each product page, and the size breakdown is set freely in the configurator — we do not impose a standard split.
