For how long
Order data and accounting records are kept for seven years, as Belgian law requires. The artwork you entrust to us is kept as long as your account exists, so that a reorder is possible without redoing a file — and deleted as soon as you ask.
An account request that we have not validated is deactivated after 48 hours. Prospecting contact details are deleted after two messages without a reply, or immediately if you unsubscribe.
Who else has access
Our textile suppliers, solely for delivering the pieces — name, address and contents of the order. Our host Hostinger, which stores the site and the database within the European Union. Our e-mail sending service, to send you quotes, proofs and tracking updates.
We do not sell any data and we do not pass it on to anyone else.
Trackers
No advertising trackers, here or elsewhere. Two technical storage items work without your consent because they are indispensable: your basket, kept in your browser, and the login cookie for your customer account, which disappears when you log out.
Audience measurement. We use Google Analytics to find out which pages are useful and which are not. It loads only if you accept it: as long as you have not answered, or if you refuse, no script is loaded, no cookie is set and no data is sent. Refusing changes nothing about your browsing, and we do not ask again.
Your choice is kept in your browser. To change it, clear the site data for texelio.eu: you will be asked again. Measurement data is anonymised and is used only by us, never for targeted advertising.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, its portability, or object to its processing. One address for everything: hello@texelio.eu. We reply within thirty days.
A good part is already self-service: your details can be changed from your customer account, and the unsubscribe link is at the bottom of every prospecting message.
