What's in the parcel?
The pieces, sorted, and a detailed delivery note listing quantities by size and colour. It shows no prices: it passes through the hands of the courier and sometimes a third party.
When does the order ship?
Production takes 2 to 7 working days after you approve the proof, which is prepared as soon as we receive your payment. Delivery follows right after. If you have a firm date, tell us up front: we'll confirm whether it's achievable before starting anything.
