Custom polo shirts

Piqué, the knit with the small honeycomb texture, is the classic polo fabric: structured, breathable, and good at hiding creases. Jersey is smoother and softer, closer to a T-shirt in feel. For professional use, where the garment has to look presentable at the end of the day, piqué remains the better choice.

A collar that curls or sags makes a polo unusable long before the fabric wears out. This is where entry-level garments differ from the rest: look for a mention of a knitted or reinforced collar, or a neck tape.

In practice an embroidered chest logo rarely exceeds 8 cm in width. Larger, it weighs down the front, pulls on the knit and distorts in the wash. If your logo is very horizontal, it is better to simplify it than to shrink it until it is illegible — we will tell you at the proof stage.
