A name and a number for each player, at no extra charge, on technical knit that embroidery would handle badly. It is the typical use: the badge can be embroidered on staff jackets while the jerseys go through DTF.

Full-colour artwork pressed onto the garment: photos, gradients, large back prints, a different name and number on each piece. €5.00 for a small format, €10.00 for a large one, with no set-up fee at all and from a single piece.
This is the technique that made small runs affordable. In screen printing, a screen has to be prepared for each colour: worthwhile from fifty pieces, absurd for ten. With DTF, set-up is nil and the number of colours does not enter into the price — printing a photo costs exactly what a two-tone logo costs.
And when it is not — because both matter.

Ten T-shirts for an open day, thirty for a trade fair. No fixed cost to spread: the unit price stays reasonable even on a handful of pieces.
A company logo on a reception polo, workwear washed at high temperature every week, a smart finish expected by the customer. There, embroidery lasts longer and shows better.
DTF stands for Direct To Film. The artwork is printed in full colour onto a film, covered with an adhesive powder, then heat-pressed onto the garment. Unlike screen printing, there is no screen to prepare for each colour: a photo with a thousand shades costs the same as a solid black shape. And unlike cut vinyl (flex), the artwork does not need to be a vector file.
€5.00 per piece for a small format — left chest, sleeve, back of neck — and €10.00 for a large format, full back included. Both placements together come to €12.00 instead of €15.00. No set-up fee, whatever the quantity.
No, and it is the main reason to choose DTF for a club. As each transfer is printed individually, a name and a number on the back cost €10.00 per jersey — exactly the price of an identical design across the whole team. You send us the list of players, and we mark piece by piece.
No, that is precisely the point. A PNG or JPG of good resolution is enough — allow about 300 dpi at the final size. A vector logo is still preferable if you have one, but we do not need to vectorise (€50.00 and up) as we do for embroidery. No file fees with DTF.
Up to 10 × 10 cm on a small placement and 30 × 30 cm on a large one — enough to cover a whole back. Beyond that, or to combine several designs on one side (sponsor, number and slogan, for example), it can be done and is quoted case by case.
Yes, in normal household washes — 30 to 40 °C, inside out, no harsh tumble drying. On workwear washed every week at high temperature for years, we recommend embroidery for the main logo instead. Each technique has its own ground, and we say so rather than selling the most profitable one.
The vast majority: cotton, polyester, blends, technical sports knit. This is a clear advantage over other processes, which are often limited to cotton. All 2,607 pieces in the catalogue accept DTF on at least one placement.
