What binds us, and what binds you
Courtesy translation. In case of any difference, the French version prevails.
Written to be read. If a point seems unclear to you, ask us: a condition that has to be explained after the fact is a badly drafted condition.
1. Who sells
Texelio — SoWeeb, Rue Mabime 144/12, 4432 Alleur (Belgium), company number BE0797146691. Hereinafter “we”. The customer is hereinafter “you”.
2. Our services
We sell customised clothing and we mark textiles, by embroidery or by DTF transfer. We also work on textiles that you supply — in that case, the special conditions of article 9 apply.
3. Prices
The prices displayed on the site are stated exclusive of VAT. Belgian VAT of 21% is added at the time of invoicing. The price of the garment varies with the quantity, in steps shown in the configurator.
File preparation fees are added once only: digitising a logo for embroidery, from €30.00 to €50.00; vectorisation from €50.00 depending on the complexity of the drawing. They are not charged again on a later order using the same file.
A quote is valid for thirty days, subject to availability from our suppliers and the stability of their prices.
4. Order and payment
Payment comes before the workshop's work. It is made in full, by Bancontact or bank card at the time of the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment by bank transfer remains possible on request: we then send you our bank details and a structured communication, to be used exactly as given, which links the payment to your order.
We do not commit to preparing the proof, ordering the textiles or starting production before the payment has actually been received in our account.
5. Proof
Once payment is received, we submit a proof to you: a simulation of your artwork, at its final size and exact position on the garment.
Nothing goes into production without your written approval. By approving, you accept the artwork, its dimensions, its position and its spelling. An error appearing on an approved proof cannot give rise to any redo or refund.
We make the corrections you request before approval free of charge, up to two rounds. Beyond that, or if the project itself changes, an additional charge may be requested.
6. Lead times
Production takes two to seven working days from approval of the proof, depending on quantity and technique. This lead time is indicative: it depends on the availability of the pieces at our suppliers.
When a date is mandatory, state it before ordering. We then confirm in writing whether it can be met — and we would rather refuse an order than miss an announced date.
7. Delivery
Delivery is free in Liège and the surrounding area. Elsewhere, postal shipping is charged according to weight and destination, and the amount appears on the quote before approval. Collection by appointment is possible and free of charge.
Quantities and references are detailed on the delivery note enclosed with the parcel. Any reservation must be notified to us within five working days of receipt.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Code de droit économique), goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are not subject to the fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
A garment marked with your logo falls into this category: it can be neither resold nor reused. That is precisely why the proof is mandatory — it gives you control before the piece becomes irreversible.
Unmarked pieces that remain in stock and in their original condition are, for their part, still taken back within fourteen days.
9. Textiles you supply
When you entrust us with your own garments, we mark them with the same care as our own, but we have no control over their actual composition, their dyeing, or what they have already been through.
The risk on these pieces remains with you: shrinkage, press marks, colour migration or fragility of the fabric cannot give rise to a replacement. We systematically recommend a trial piece before any run, and we do not accept worn unwashed garments, waterproof-membrane fabrics, certified safety equipment, leather and coated fabrics.
This limitation does not apply in the event of gross or intentional fault on our part.
10. Files and rights
By sending us artwork, you guarantee that you hold the rights necessary to reproduce it. We carry out no verification and decline any liability in the event of counterfeiting or infringement of a third party's rights.
Your files remain your property. We keep them to allow your reorders and delete them on simple request. The digitising files we produce remain our technical property, but you keep the right to use them for your orders.
We publish no work concerning you without your prior agreement.
11. Warranty
Manufacturing or marking defects for which we are responsible are taken back or redone free of charge. The legal two-year guarantee of conformity applies to consumers under the conditions laid down by the Code of Economic Law (Code de droit économique).
Excluded are normal wear, damage resulting from care that does not follow the manufacturer's recommendations, and errors appearing on an approved proof.
12. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.
13. Applicable law
Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, we first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of the judicial district of Liège have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
