Custom clothing in Arlon
The province of Luxembourg lives astride a border: many Arlon companies work in the Grand Duchy, many employees make the trip every morning. Their outfits therefore have to work in two markets — an identity legible on a Luxembourg site, and a Belgian invoice for head office.
That is exactly what we do: the garment and the marking come from Liège, the invoice is Belgian when the customer is, and goes out under reverse charge when the company is Luxembourg-based. A company with both structures can have both priced in the same quote.
Arlon is an hour and a half from the workshop via the E25. Tracked shipping, transport free above €200 excl. VAT — we are in Belgium, so delivery is domestic, with no formalities.
What we are asked for in Arlon
Cross-border companies
Construction, building services, transport: companies in the south of the province work on both sides. They order complete outfits, renewed once a year, with extra pieces on demand — and they want a supplier who keeps the files so that piece number thirty-one is identical to the first thirty.
Shops and hospitality
Arlon, Virton, Bastogne: short teams, five to fifteen people, where the apron and the polo are the shop window. These are orders small in volume and regular over time — the one-piece minimum is made for them.
Clubs and associations
Football, futsal, cycling, friendly societies: the club pack is priced online, with the split of sizes and the names on the jerseys. Collecting sizes through a shared link spares you the spreadsheet looping around the WhatsApp group.
What gets ordered here
The marking price does not depend on quantity. It is the garment price that drops in steps, from 10 pieces. See the full price grid
Frequently asked questions — Arlon
Do you work for Arlon companies with sites in the Grand Duchy?
Yes, it is a common case. Invoicing follows the structure that orders: Belgian for a Belgian company, reverse charge for a Luxembourg company with a valid VAT number. Both can appear in the same quote if you have both entities.
What lead time to Arlon?
2 to 7 working days of production after you approve the proof and we receive payment, then one day of transit. We are in Belgium: no customs, no extra wait.
Can I see the materials before ordering?
By appointment at the workshop in Liège — an hour and a half's drive. Otherwise, order a marked test piece: it costs the price of one piece, and it settles the question better than a fabric swatch.
We also work for Virton, Bastogne, Marche-en-Famenne, Neufchâteau, Aubange and Messancy.
