Standards declared by Tricorp

EN ISO 11612 Heat and flame: The fabric does not spread flame and protects against contact heat, radiant heat and splashes of molten metal. Welding, foundries, industry.
EN 1149 Antistatic: Dissipation of electrostatic charges: explosive atmospheres, petrochemicals, silos, clean rooms.
EN 61482 Electric arc: Protection against the thermal effects of an electric arc. Required for work on live equipment.
EN 13034 Chemical splashes: Limited protection against light splashes of liquid chemicals (type 6).
EN 17353 Enhanced visibility: For medium-risk situations away from the road: reflective bands or surfaces, without the quantities that EN ISO 20471 requires.
EN ISO 13688 General PPE requirements: The common base for all protective clothing: harmlessness, comfort, marking, sizes. It always accompanies another standard.

The marking goes on the neutral areas: a logo that reduces the fluorescent area or covers a retroreflective band takes the garment out of its standard. We refuse such placements, even when requested.

Description

The Bib & Brace Multi-Standard offers maximum protection in high risk work environments. This bib and brace is certified according to EN ISO 11612, EN 11611, EN 61482, EN 13034, EN 1149, EN 17353 and EN ISO 13688. That means: flame retardant, antistatic, protection against liquid chemicals, welding protection and protection against thermal hazards from an electric arc. Reflective tape at the bottom of the trouser legs provides extra visibility in twilight and precipitation. The material is a robust twill of 74% cotton, 25% polyester and 1% carbon with a weight of 320 g/m². The regular fit gives freedom of movement during physical work. The bib and brace has adjustable shoulder straps for a good fit and internal knee pockets for protection during kneeling work. The double hem offers 6 centimetres of extra length. Lead times, delivery and returns

2 to 7 working days of production after you approve the proof, depending on the quantity and the number of placements. Delivery is free in the Liège area — we drop the order off ourselves; elsewhere it goes by carrier, with the cost shown before payment.

A garment customised with your logo cannot be taken back or resold: a return is only possible if the fault is ours. That is exactly why nothing goes into production without your approval of the proof.
