This product is traceable thanks to Aware™ technology. From the start of the production process, Aware™ physical tracers, which act as a unique fingerprint, are integrated into the raw material. These tracers carry a unique, tamper-proof code, enabling the product to be authenticated by an Aware™ scanner. This information is then recorded in the blockchain, enabling the life of the product to be traced. The data is made public by a QR Code affixed to a label that gives access to the garment's digital passport, offering complete visibility of the production process and guaranteeing transparent management of the textile supply chain. <br/>Please note: the IVORY shade is very delicate. We advise that you wash your item at 30°C using a mild detergent, whilst following the care instructions.

2 to 7 working days of production after you approve the proof, depending on the quantity and the number of placements. Delivery is free in the Liège area — we drop the order off ourselves; elsewhere it goes by carrier, with the cost shown before payment.

A garment customised with your logo cannot be taken back or resold: a return is only possible if the fault is ours. That is exactly why nothing goes into production without your approval of the proof.
