The other reality of the trade is staff turnover. A seasonal extra hired in June, a leaver replaced in February: that is why we set no minimum. A single piece can be ordered on its own, identical to the earlier ones, from the artwork file we keep.

Frequently asked questions
Embroidery or printing on an apron?
Embroidery, in almost every case. An apron is thick, it is washed less often than a kitchen polo, and the guest being served sees it from a metre away: the raised thread shows there and lasts there. Allow €12.00 for a logo in a small format, plus digitising the logo once only.
And on kitchen polos that go through the machine every day?
DTF transfer. It withstands repeated hot washing, costs less — from €5.00 — and has no set-up fee. It is the combination most venues choose: embroidered apron, printed polos.
Staff turnover is high: can we order single pieces?
Yes, and that is precisely why we have no minimum. A seasonal extra, a leaver replaced in February: a piece can be ordered on its own, with the same marking as the earlier ones, from the file we keep.
Can the same set carry both French and German text?
Yes. With DTF transfer, each piece can carry a different file at no extra charge: the job title in French on one side and in German on the other, or each person's first name. Tell us the split and we take care of the rest.
Is Belgian VAT charged on the invoice?
Not for a venue with a valid Luxembourg VAT number: the goods are supplied under the reverse charge, with no Belgian VAT. The details are explained in our guide to ordering from the Grand Duchy.
