Kitting out a Luxembourg club

Yes, in a single shipment to the club — the simplest option when part of the squad lives across the border. Transport is quoted on the quote, by weight and volume, and does not go up afterwards.

It depends on its legal form: an ASBL (non-profit) with no economic activity generally is not, in which case Belgian VAT applies. A club with a valid VAT number receives an invoice under the reverse-charge mechanism. Give us your number if you have one; your treasurer can settle the rest.

Yes, all of them: accents, cedillas, tildes. The name is a file, not a set of letters to apply one by one — that is the advantage of transfer over cut vinyl lettering, where every special character becomes a problem.

Three to four weeks is plenty: 2 to 7 working days of production after approval, plus shipping. The real lead time is collecting sizes from the squad — start as soon as the decision is made.
